Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need additional hardware to mount this to my roof rack?
Most roof systems use industry-standard crossbars, and this basket is designed to bolt down to them. Check your existing roof rack's attachment points before ordering — you may need clamps or brackets specific to your bar diameter, which aren't included here.
Will the basket rust if I leave it on year-round?
The powder coat is solid and handles weather well, but any exposed steel edges from transport or installation can eventually surface rust. Touch up scratches with spray paint and rinse it off during winter salt season to extend life.
What's the weight limit on this thing?
Weight capacity depends on your roof system and vehicle's roof load rating, not the basket itself. Check your owner's manual for your vehicle's maximum roof weight before loading.
Products received may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances or supply chain variables.
