Will this thread onto my factory shift lever?
Yes, if your car has a standard metric or SAE threaded shift lever. Most vehicles do. If your lever has a push-button release or non-standard collar, test the threads before fully tightening.
Do I need any adapters or hardware to install this?
No adapters included. Thread it straight onto your existing shift lever and hand-tighten. If your lever has a set screw, tighten that after the knob is seated.
Can I paint or clear-coat this knob?
