Frequently Asked Questions
Will the LED light work with my existing brake light wiring?
The LED connects to your vehicle's brake light circuit. You'll need to tap into your existing brake line wiring or have a shop run a dedicated line — the exact method depends on your truck's electrical setup.
What hardware comes with this step?
The assembly includes the step and LED unit. Bolts for mounting to your receiver are not confirmed — verify you have Grade 8 bolts on hand before installation, or plan to source them separately.
Can I paint this to match my truck?
Yes, the step can be prepped and painted to match. Sand the surface, prime it, and apply your paint. Just protect the LED light and wiring before doing any prep work.
