Frequently Asked Questions
How long does one Fresh Box last before I need to replace it?
Lifespan depends on cabin size and odor load, but a 200g Fresh Box typically stays effective for several weeks of regular use. You'll know it's time to swap when the scent fades or odor absorption slows down.
Will this eliminate tough smells like food or pet odors?
Activated charcoal handles mild to moderate odors well. Heavy or stubborn smells may need multiple Fresh Boxes or supplemental ventilation — it absorbs gradually rather than instantly.
Can I recharge this or do I toss it when it's done?
This is a single-use consumable — once the charcoal is saturated, replace it with a fresh unit. You don't recharge or refresh it.
