TOMEI's unique rotation processing is the method of fabricating a screw by compression, which is done by inserting a bolt material between rotating dices and pressurizing it. Compared to the cut processing that cuts off a crystal structure, the TOMEI process makes the bolt structure fiber-like and turns it into more precise and harder piece of metal.
