This product perfectly addresses both problems by replacing the OEM storage insert with a movable drawer that makes accessing items within the compartment super easy. This simple drawer conversion is a great life-improvement mod that makes good use of that space with an elegant look while maintaining the OEM aesthetics as well as the wood cover door. This product will fit ALL E38 no matter which model year. You will need to pull out the original storage box or cassette tray.
