Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a new thermostat or hoses when I swap this in?
Not necessarily. This is a direct replacement, so existing hoses and fittings will align. If your old hoses show age or leaks, replace them at the same time to avoid future cooling issues.
Will I need to flush the system before installing this radiator?
Yes. Drain the old coolant completely and flush the cooling system lines before mounting the new radiator. This prevents debris and old fluid from compromising the new core.
What tools do I need to pull the old radiator and install this one?
Basic hand tools—socket set, wrenches, and a coolant drain pan. You'll need to remove the plastic shroud and disconnect upper/lower hoses. Consult your service manual for torque specs on mounting bolts and hose clamps.
Products received may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances or supply chain variables.
