Frequently Asked Questions
Will this mirror work with my existing hood latch and hinge setup?
Hood mirror mounting is independent of latch and hinge hardware — your existing setup will not be affected. Confirm hood surface condition and mounting location before final installation.
What's the power draw on the LED array?
LED power specifications are not detailed in the product data. Work with a truck electrician to run the circuit and verify your electrical system can handle the load before wiring.
Does this mirror add significant weight to the hood?
The mirror assembly is designed as a direct hood mount and carries minimal weight compared to OEM mirrors. Hood balance will remain within normal parameters once installed.
