Frequently Asked Questions
Will this plug directly into my factory wiring?
Yes. This is an OEM unit, so it connects to your existing mirror switch and harness without adapters or splicing. Installation is a straightforward bolt-and-plug job.
Do I need to remove the door panel to install this?
You'll need to access the mirror mounting bolts from inside the door. Removal varies by trim level — some vehicles require panel removal, others allow bolt access through existing openings. Check your service manual for your specific configuration.
What if the power folding motor doesn't work after install?
Test the mirror switch on the dash before concluding the motor is bad — confirm power is reaching the unit. If the switch clicks but the mirror doesn't fold, the motor may need replacement. Verify all connectors are seated fully and check for any tripped fuses on your electrical diagram.
Products received may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances or supply chain variables.
