Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to remove the entire mirror assembly to swap the glass?
Yes. The glass lens slides or clips into the existing mirror housing from the back. You'll need to remove the mirror from the door first, then disassemble the housing to access the glass. The heating element connector plugs into the same harness as the factory part.
Will this work with my factory heated mirror switch?
Yes. The heating element connects directly to your CR-V's OEM wiring. No rewiring or adapter harness needed — flip the switch and it operates like the original.
What if the glass arrives damaged or doesn't fit?
Inspect the lens immediately upon arrival. If damage is present, contact us right away with photos. Test-fit the glass into your mirror housing before final installation to confirm seating — fitment is straightforward, but assembly order matters.
Products received may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances or supply chain variables.
