Frequently Asked Questions
Will this hinge work with my factory hood latch?
Yes—this hinge is designed to align with OEM hood latch geometry. Your factory latch will engage at the correct height and angle with proper installation.
Do I need to replace both hinges at the same time?
Not necessarily. If only the passenger side is damaged or worn, this single hinge solves the problem. Buy the driver-side separately if you need both.
What if my hood doesn't sit flush after installation?
Hood fit depends on both hinges and the latch assembly working together. If you've only replaced one side, check that the hinge bolts are tight and the hood is fully seated. If both hinges are new and fit is still off, inspect the hood itself for warping or damage.
Products received may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances or supply chain variables.
