You'll need to disconnect your existing exhaust from the catalytic converter rearward and unbolt the stock system from its mounting brackets. The catback bolts directly to your cat, so no modifications to the engine bay or undercarriage are required.

Does this come with gaskets or O-rings for the cat connection?
