Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need hardware to install this bracket?
This bracket mounts to existing factory attachment points on your vehicle. Confirm your hardware is in good condition before installation—if factory bolts are stripped or missing, you'll need replacement fasteners from your dealer or a local hardware supplier.
Can I use this bracket on the passenger side?
No. This is left-side only. If you need both sides, order the right-side bracket separately. Installing it on the wrong side will cause fitment issues and bumper misalignment.
Should I prep or paint this bracket before installation?
The bracket mounts underneath the bumper cover, so it's hidden from view. Paint or primer is not necessary unless you're concerned about corrosion in your climate—in that case, a light coat of metal primer before install is smart preventive maintenance.
