Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pull the bumper to install this?
On the Prius, you'll need to remove the bumper cover for access to the headlight mounting area. Plan on 30–45 minutes for removal and reinstallation if you're comfortable with basic hand tools.
Will this work if my factory HID ballast is dead?
This is the light housing only — it doesn't include the ballast or igniter. If your existing ballast works, reuse it. If it's failed, you'll need a replacement ballast and HID bulb kit sourced separately.
What if the lens is fogged when it arrives?
Inspect the assembly immediately upon arrival. If the lens is cloudy or has internal moisture, contact support for a replacement before installation — once mounted, lens issues are harder to address.
Products received may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances or supply chain variables.
