Frequently Asked Questions
Will I need new refrigerant lines or fittings when I install this?
Your existing lines bolt directly to this condenser. If your old lines are compromised or leaking, you'll want to replace them, but this unit doesn't require new connections by design.
Do I need to have the system evacuated and recharged before installation?
Yes — the AC system must be properly evacuated and recharged by a certified tech. This is not a DIY step. Factor in shop time for the full service when you budget for this replacement.
What if the condenser doesn't cool as well as I expected after installation?
Nine times out of ten, weak cooling points to low refrigerant charge, a clogged receiver drier, or a failing compressor — not the condenser itself. Have your system pressure-tested before assuming the new unit is the problem.
Products received may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances or supply chain variables.
