Does this come with fasteners?

The lid itself is the replacement piece. If your original fasteners are still good, reuse them. If they're stripped or missing, standard automotive bolts or screws will work — test-fit before final tightening to make sure alignment is where you want it.

Can I paint this or does it need prep?
