Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to drain the reservoir before installing this?
Yes. Empty the washer fluid reservoir completely before disconnecting the old pump. This prevents spillage and makes removal and installation cleaner.
What tools do I need to swap this in?
Basic hand tools — a socket set or wrench to disconnect the electrical connector and loosen the mounting bracket. No special equipment required for this swap.
Will this work if my pump connector is corroded?
The pump itself will function fine, but inspect the connector at the reservoir for corrosion or damage. Clean or replace the connector if needed to ensure a solid electrical connection.
Products received may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances or supply chain variables.
